Return & Exchange Policy

At iibas Kurti, we focus on providing quality ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Exchange requests may be accepted for size issues, damaged products, defective products, or incorrect items received, subject to approval after verification.

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received by the customer.

For all approved returns, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect product claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, the complete opening process, the product received, and the issue with the product.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

5. Exchange / Return Charges

A flat handling or shipping charge of ₹200 may be applicable for exchange or return pickup, depending on the case.

If the product is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the charges may be waived at our discretion.

6. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged where courier service is available. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.

7. Quality Check

Once the returned product is received, it will go through a quality check. If the product is found used, washed, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or not in original packaging, the return or exchange request may be rejected.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product cases where replacement or exchange is not possible.

Once approved after quality check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

9. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Products without mandatory unboxing video for damage/defect claims

10. How to Raise a Request

To raise a return or exchange request, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number or email ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear product images
  • Mandatory unboxing video for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims

11. Important Note

Items sent back without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted. iibas Kurti reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above policy conditions.
